Stanza dei Superiori – Superiors’ Bedroom

Through three large windows the Room of Superiors opens onto the pristine landscape of Val di Paglia, with the ancient Fortress of Radicofani right in the center.
Located in the eastern part of the building complex the room is enriched with antique furniture and objects that belong to the Convent’s past.

Stanza degli Uccelli – Birds’ Bedoom

The Birds Room is named after a sixteenth century fretwork that decorates one of the walls, which is even mentioned in ancient manuscripts.
It is preceded by a useful anteroom and furnished with antique furniture.

Stanza del Confessionale  – Confessional Bedroom

The Confessional Room overlooks the Belvedere with the great Yew.
During the recent restoration this was identified as the room that the eighteenth century documents mention as the confessional.
